Application intake

Applicants apply online, save drafts, upload documents, and invite collaborators such as engineers or co-signers. Forms can run in eight languages, and duplicate or unusual submissions are flagged for staff review.

Review & scoring

Reviewers check each application against the program’s criteria, and a score engine totals the points and ranks every application on a priority list. Staff record recommendations and export the ranking sheet.

Awards & disbursement
